This lovely Victorian style blouse has a stand up collar, authentic pewter buttons and large gathered puff sleeves. The three button cuff adds a beautiful accent to a pretty hand. There are three pleats at each front shoulder and the blouse is gathered at the center back yoke. 100% cotton.
