PLEASE only one submission per event. All submissions should be by the event coordinator.
ALL Requests must be submitted 90 days prior to the event to be eligible for Prize Certificates.

All certificates will be redeemed in the form of products at Wild West Mercantile (wildwestmercantile.com).
All certificates must be used for the designated event.
Prize Certificates are good for 3 months from the event date.
Prize certificates are non-negotiable, good for product only.
