This lovely Victorian style blouse has a stand up collar, large gathered puff sleeves, which are gathered at the large three button cuffs. The front of the blouse is adorned with lace as well as down each sleeve, on the cuffs and collar. The blouse is gathered at the center back yoke for extra fullness. 100% cotton.
